Adds Cypress tests for 'TechIsHiring Highlights' Component

A Cypress test suite should be written to:

• Test that 'TechIsHiring Highlights' renders correctly
• Test that the Twitter Components render correctly (This is tricky so this test would be left to the discretion of the person who picks this up).
