Add Cypress Tests for 'Why TechIsHiring' Component

A Cypress test suite should be written to:

  • Test that the 'Why TechIsHiring' Component renders properly
  • Tests if all 3 sub-sections render properly
  • Tests that the content of each sub-section renders correctly
