I can open the settings menu by pressing 'esc', but I cant click anything on it. At first it was fine but I don't like fullscreen so I clicked the setting to leave fullscreen and then after that I couldn't interact with the settings menu with the mouse. any ideas?

Hey! Sorry, I sometimes leave Mac untested as I don't have one to test the game on.

  • So, is everything working as expected in fullscreen (which is the default)?
  • What happens in windowed mode? Does the cursor disappear completely or do the buttons just not react to it?

Until it's fixed, I recommend playing in fullscreen since the game's extremely competitive and it helps to see as much of the game as possible :)

  • now, even after I fullscreen, i cant press anything in the settings ._.
  • yes, the buttons just dont react to anything, though my cursor is still there.

also the game doesn't start in fullscreen anymore... is there a setting i can tweak in the config?

As for fullscreen yes, you can changefullscreen = false in your config.lua (it's in Application Data/My Games/Hypersomnia/user or something like that), also try pressing F11 to toggle it in-game. You could also see if you don't have draw_own_cursor_in_fullscreen disabled in config.lua, although that only changes fullscreen behavior. It's enabled by default on MacOS. I'm on our Discord for faster communication btw. https://discord.com/invite/YC49E4G
