Installer parameter to prevent automatic start after installation/update

Is your feature request related to a problem?

No existing issue. My problem, personally, is that I run Tautulli as a service on Windows, and I want to automate updates. Unfortunately, there's no way to prevent Tautulli from starting after the installer finishes.

What is your feature request?

I'd like to propose adding an installer parameter, that would prevent Tautulli from starting after installation/update is completed.

Are there any workarounds?

Unfortunately, the only workaround is to kill Tautulli after installation, and then start the service. Doesn't seem healthy. I'd like to avoid that.
