  • Context: Marketplace company lists hundreds of new products from third-parties on its marketplace and thousands are revised and updated each day
  • Problem: The onboarding and product team would spend hours reviewing product specifications and tagging them with category markers so they can 1) correctly be classified and 2) be easily searchable
  • Workflow
    • Retrieve product description and specs
    • Group category: Ski, Snowboarding, Helmet, Jacket, Pants, Socks, Shoes, Gloves, Tools, Other
    • Brand: Salomon, Burton, Helly Hansen, Atomic, Rossignol, Volkol, Blizzard, Elan
    • Features: Waterproof, Insulated, Moisture Wicking, Quick Drying, Powder, Sun-protective, Removable Liner,
