• Context: Company gets a lot of inbound emails and chats from interested leads that provide a varying amount of info about themselves and their use-cases
• Problem: Inbound has to manually enter this info into their CRM and takes hundreds of hours + accuracy is poor
• Workflow:
  • Email comes in markdown / HTML
  • Extract the following:
    • First name:
    • Last name:
    • Role:
    • Email:
    • Company:
    • Date Inbounded:
    • Painpoint:
    • Urgency: (low, medium, high, none)
