Personas

As a Tampa Devs volunteer/employee, I'd like an easy-to-use UI that enables me to see:

  • The list of businesses registered on the Tampa Devs Talent platform,
  • Grouped by subscription status (subscribed, churned, never subscribed),
  • With easy access to the business' contact information, and
  • A free-form notes field/place to store metadata about those accounts.

With this feature, I'll have a consolidated view into everything I need as a sales representative to manage relationships with active accounts on the platform, remediate churned accounts, and pursue new opportunities with businesses who have made profiles but not subscribed.

Platform Outcomes

Customer Service:

  • There is now a single location that brings all of a customer's data, along with notes about sales/back office needs, together.
  • Customers will gain a more personalized experience when discussing with Tampa Devs Talent support.

Growth:

  • Salespeople are more effective at pursuing new business, and have all the information they need about customers at their fingertips.
