修改头像后，在“个人中心”修改“昵称”等任意其他信息后保存，会将头像保存为绝对路径 #547

重现步骤（可选）：
1、在右上角的用户信息处点击头像，上传新头像并保存；
2、进入“个人中心”，修改“昵称”并保存；
3、查看后台mysql的“lin_user”表，发现头像字段已保存为绝对路径，类似于http://....

期望的结果是什么？
保存头像的字段为相对路径；相对于站点的域名的路径。

实际的结果是什么？
头像的字段存储的是绝对路径

环境
前端：lin-cms-ve，vue-next分支
后端：lin-cms-spring-boot
