Problem

Currently the setup and stack is somehow monolithic and setting up for development can be straining in some cases where local testing is concerned.

Proposed solution

It would be nice to orchestrate the package with docker and extend Makefile with most build shorthands.

Hi @jmaupetit its I would like to contribute some things to this project, Ill walk through some existing tickets and here is also some ticket that would be nice to look into. 👀
