Missing data from examples #3

Assuming that the example should be runnable by others, the following data is missing:

datafile = os.path.join("..", "data", "information", "2019_3_28_8_14_constituency241584.csv")

Also (note - this is in ./data/map/ge2015_electorate.csv)

electorate_filepath = os.path.join("..", "data", "information", "ge2015_electorate.csv")

Also

data_path = os.path.join("..", "data", "map", "ge_2017.csv")
