langconv.py不好用，建议使用hanziconv进行繁体转简体 #3

langconv.py这个东西太不好用了，改用hanziconv，

直接pip install hanziconv，再from hanziconv import HanziConv

使用：

HanziConv.toSimplified(要转换的)
