Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using older than 8 version of node npx s returns Unexpected identifier. I think we should check if the required version of node is satisfied.

Describe the solution you'd like
while running npx s on older node version we should return:
please upgrade your node environment to version xx.xx
