Update MelonDS core to MelonDS-DS core #870

The MelonDS liberto core is not up-to-date, it should be replaced by the new: https://github.com/JesseTG/melonds-ds

Also, this should be the default DS emulator (DeSmuMe can be removed for simplicity - afaik MelonDS is now just better on android)
