Add Support for CHD files in CD Based Emulators

I use retroarch for my phone and pc and the majority of my CD based emulators are able to use CHD files, it will be nice to have that option in this multi emulator because if any of my friends (I have, if someone says different they're lying) just install this app I just need to share the CHD on my SD card on my phone so we can play together in wireless play, also my pc has all my CD base collection in CHD except for Wii-Gamecube and PSP, those have their own kind of compressed file, and I don't want to convert my games every time I Copy a game to my Phone, Bye!
