Changed files: Constants.java, ImageToPdfFragment.java, MainActivity.java, PermissionsUtils.java

• Changing permission requirement. Now users using the "Image to pdf" function will also require camera permission.
• Fix cancel permission feedback. Now when the user rejects to provide permissions, the popup window will show.
