[Feature Request] - Launch flaresolverr from Suwayomi launcher

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

In the Suwayomi launcher add an option to launch flaresolverr

Ideally I'm imagining the user could supply a path to flaresolverr.exe or it's alternative os derivatives and then have that file run before launching the server. A toggle button could also be useful to toggle auto launch of flaresolverr on/off. Also a button the user could click to manually start flaresolverr from the supplied path would be nice. The button in particular I think should be available in both the launcher and the webui if that's possible. That way a user could decide to not user flaresolverr by default but if they run into a site that requires it then they could just start it up at that time.

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

It would be a nice quality of life feature since if someone is using flaresolverr with Suwayomi then they are probably going to want to use both together consistently.
