Google token does not keep being refreshed (only when logging in and creating a survey).
"SurveyMoonbear::Google::Api::Errors::Unauthorized" occurs when trying to relaunch a survey after logging in for a period of time.

Might need to check expiration on every action and renew tokens as necessary
