What is the proposal about?

Would love do what zen cash is doing with the nodes. Secure nodes and super nodes. We could do the following.
1 - Sub1x X Node
2 - Sub1x Supernode.
Sub1x X node collateral could stay as 20. (New investor can get in easily).
Sub1x super node collateral could be 100. (Less coins in circulation)
Community can decide on sub1x super node block reward.

How is it going to help the project or the community?

We will have less coin in circulation.

I also think tiered MasterNodes would be a interesting idea to implement. One thing I would point out, is that we are currently voting on block reward reduction, which may make the issue more complicated.

As for viability, I would have to ask Remapper directly because there are only a handful of projects with a tiered system in place.
