Use the (CR)LFSeparator from the TypeHelper codeunit.

The goal here of the rule is to prevent creating helper methodes like these below and use the (CR)LFSeparator from the TypeHelper codeunit.

• When a Char of Text variable assigned with [1] := 10 then raise a rule to suggest using the LFSeparator from the TypeHelper codeunit.
• When a Char of Text variable assigned with [1] := 13 then raise a rule to suggest using the CRLFSeparator from the TypeHelper codeunit.
