We've had a few reports that certain devices aren't working with the SDK. Our latest report was that the Aerox 3 wasn't working with the SDK.

I see a few devices here that has "Recently Supported Devices" but is this the full list?

Definitely not an updated list but just wondering, with the Aerox 3 are you using rgb-3-zone for the device-type and all 3 zones? Are none of them working? I don't have one myself but was just curious if you use the numbered zones (one, two, three etc.) and not mouse-specific zones.

Also, did you ensure your users updated to the latest engine version?
I think that if Engine works with it the GameSense SDK should as well; I find it hard to believe you have to send any different payload to the REST API... But you never know
