Substantial delay in showing steam art or loading pages with steam art with a WebP png file applied as steam. Issue is repeatable by going to a different game in steam and then re-opening the page with WebP images. Doesn't happen when file is downloaded locally and applied within steam. Issue only occurs with SGBoop images.
