Problem

The current Image Source Swift Package version does not provide any automated tests to validate the framework's functionality.

Solution

Add mock functionalities for the different functionalities so the code can be used in UI tests in packages using the Image Source module.

Use these mock behaviors to create UI tests that validate this functionality and any functionality we can validate in UI tests on an iOS Simulator.
