Describe the solution you would like?

Add support for deploying the SELKS stack on Kubernetes.
In detail, the feature consists of the right manifests for all the levels of the stack, covering state and data managemet (like done with Docker Compose with named volumes).

Additional Context

Different use cases would benefit from the SELKS stack, and one of them is on a Kubernetes cluster, allowing to spread and manage through the declarative APIs the setup and make the stack more resilient thanks to the Kubernetes primitives.

Furthermore, containerized deployment would allow portability over different OS and architectures.
