Describe the bug
The Grammar and mechanics guide (https://stackoverflow.design/content/guidelines/grammar-and-mechanics) contains examples. The first five examples are quoted, and the rest is not.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://stackoverflow.design/content/guidelines/grammar-and-mechanics/#use-active-tense-(most-of-the-time)
  2. Check the examples given there, observe quotes:

“Update your profile”

  1. Go to https://stackoverflow.design/content/guidelines/grammar-and-mechanics/#headings
  2. Check the examples, no quotes are present

Expected behavior
No quotes anywhere around examples.
