What tool are you looking for and why?

I came across assembly_snptyper via SLACK correspondence. I have found it useful to check if Group A Strep (GAS) isolates (generally S. pyogenes) are part of the M1UK group.

This tool is not on conda and does not have a corresponding biocontainer image.
