What tool are you looking for and why?

Mentioned by @SESchmedes on SLACK.

Dorado basecalls nanopore data.

There does not seem to be a biocontainers image, although there is a conda recipe (which might be pretty very ominous).

Just looking at the github repo, it looks like this image would benefit from a builder stage.
