What tool are you looking for and why?

Medaka is on biocontainers, which is fine, but biocontainers lags behind the current version by a bit.

Medaka's license is as follows : https://github.com/nanoporetech/medaka/blob/master/LICENSE.md

I think we can host medaka images. These are too large for me to build locally, but I can use gitpod to circumvent that.
