Maybe we can crowdfund the update? Hope it's not abandoned...

Current project in that regard seems to be https://github.com/belzecue/ReSprytile
Also apparently the repository just... silently went to GitLab? https://gitlab.com/sprytile/sprytile-addon
See #137 for the closest thing to an indicator of this.

It’s a pity, because transferring a half-dead project to a half-dead GitLab is the best way to kill this project...

And ionthedev/ReSprytile fork is more active than belzecue/ReSprytile.
