Tileset UI not able to scroll and enlarge

When I load a new tileset, I am unable to scroll the tileset UI to make it larger. I am using a mac with a magic mouse. This shouldn't be related to he cause of the issue, but I am unsure. Because of this issue, I have been unable to use sprytile.

I actually have this issue as well. The tile picker UI is far too large, so unless I use a tileset of only 16 tiles at a time, I can't select many of them.

Useable, but a pain in the butt.
