My airpods 3rd gen doesn't connect, but i connect my aripods through windows settings by using a bluetooth connection, and its work. But app doesn't recieve my airpods 3rd gen. How can i fix that ?

This is my log file
AirPodsDesktop.log
In this log file i can see, the app recieved my airpods, but then writes device disconnected
