HI,

I am using scaffold to analyze my CyTOF data. Since the analysis has been done, I try to export the scaffold map for PDF or other figure format for publish. However, I could not find any function to export the scaffold mapping figure. Is there any way to export the scaffold mapping figure for publishing ?
