sw_update not working #127

when running sw_update, get the following error:

Error using sw_update
It looks like there is a problem with your network connection!

due to dot indexing error in this line (line 88 in v3.1.2):
idx = cellfun(@(x) ~any(strfind(x, 'py')), {newInfo.tag_name});
