Improve some of the Form inputs components design

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

What I love in Cirrus is its out-of-the-box Elegance compared to all other ui frameworks, unfortunately some of the form inputs components do not meet that high level of elegance.

  • Time
  • File
  • Select

However, since Cirrus is a CSS-only oriented, we can eliminate Date and Time since they will surely need Javascript.

I don't think this is an urgent addition as of now. It is probably something I won't take until the next major update for 0.8.0.
