Feature request: Tags on/attached to images

Back in 2021, I have actually did a request to add more tags which has finally made it into 0.6.3. I would love to see more stuff based on Sematic UI and adapt into Cirrus.

Now I have another request with Tags, is that to have the ability to add Images into a tag, as well as tags on images. As you can see in Sematic UI's way of Images inside a tag.

Also, as well as applying Tags into a Image. For instance, in Sematic UI, you add a label in it's so-called 'segment' as shown below.

I tried a technique to apply Images inside it's 'segment' with the label at the bottom and it came out very good.

I would love to see something like this that can be put onto a Card, a Hero, or a Tile.

PS. In the img tag, I would love to see a img-round or img-circle in the Media section, as Cirrus I don't think has it (if it hasn't already).
