Extend page lock every minute during cleaning

While we're on the clean page screen we should extend our own lock every minute to ensure we don't lose it unless we lose internet connectivity or worse. (Just a bit of Javascript, and a backend that allows a user with an existing lock to extend the lock providing they also know the previous lock expiry time, and maybe some sort of one-time token signed at the backend or something.)
