Homepage should show mission based on logged in user

A user may have no pages remaining to clean for a mission, in which case we shouldn't show it. That would allow frequent contributors to move easily onto the next mission, rather than having to know (and remember) that they can access other missions by URL.

Prime example — I had no idea kallisto could do multiple missions at once!
