Global 'get involved' should include asset creation

We have a zip of files needed for asset creation; actually I think I need to recreate it with some minor tweaks. This should be on the CDN, linked from both github README and global get involved. It includes details of how to create the various assets for a mission, although a summary in both of the link sites would help as well.
