I'm not convinced wikipedia is always appropriate (it's seems sometimes quite slim on reliable astronaut biographies, and even just paraphrases NASA sometimes). However a link for each person is a good plan. Will need a design pass.
(Technical note: this would go in a character definition.)
It occurs to me now that we're going to want a global view of characters, with individual timelines. That's a good place for this kind of link (which wouldn't stop it being on individual mission people pages as well).
It'd be really interesting to read up on the astronauts and mission control people. Wikipedia link?
