Support multiple transcripts

Quick wireframe to show this interaction. The main things to note are:

• multiple transcripts can be clicked (or dragged?) open
• When the transcript is closed we show a "text here" symbol that varies in opacity depending on how much "activity" there is
• When the transcript opens, the main transcript (air to ground) fades back a bit, could do this with lighter text, no avatars and inline photos/videos becoming thumbnails
• When transcript is open, it is the only one that has selectable log lines
• When transcript is open, we can still show the key moment stripe, but might need to lose the editorial text as we're low on space
• there should be a bar at the top of the transcripts titling each

(Orange might be a bit much for reading. We can change bkgd colours in-page).

• Issue Phase navigation doesn't make sense on alternative transcripts #196

Right now search is constrained to the main transcript, but that's easy enough to change (there's an explicit filter in the SearchView).
