Do we need to describe usage of SMT in virtual CPUs in GX Credentials? #85

SCS flavor naming standard allows to specify CPU properties by using standardized suffix. At this, suffix "T" means SMT is enabled in CPU, whereas suffix "C" means, no SMT is enabled.

Gaia-X describes virtual CPUs with class CPU and offers an attribute called smtEnabled. A boolean value defines whether or not CPU has SMT enabled. In context of mapping SCS flavor naming to Gaia-X Credentials (#63) a question arises. Do we really need to set SMT state in virtual CPU? I.e. is there any difference (from users point of view) between virtual CPUs, who are running on physical CPUs with SMT enabled compared with CPUs without SMT enabled?
