Make ability to rename episodes and autorename as separate options

I don't need and don't want to rename files in general.
But there is couple releases time to time with obfuscated/not proper naming. Or with numbering different from tvdb scheme. And this ones I'm renaming manually by click "rename" button.

Would be great to have ability to rename episodes, but make it only manually.

• go to settings
• enable renaming
• go to show
• rename episodes
• go to settings
• disable renaming (to prevent unwanted autorename)
