Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
My current quality thresholds are rather arbitrary - I remember copying the settings from trashguides and forgetting them. I'm sure it's like this for many others.
I want to be able to, with Sonarr's help, arrive at a more tailored configuration.
Describe the solution you'd like
I wish to implement a button on the Quality selector page, that
on click asks me a bunch of questions about releases
that Sonarr has already grabbed for me and are on my disk
do a rss or full search, and show me rejected releases
Show me their sizes, and ask me what I feel about those (is this too big for this kind of content? is it ok?), and arrive at a more tailored threshold setting.
I also wish to take a crack at this myself. But I'm a novice at programming and might not be able to make it. I'll keep this issue updated if I make progress.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Doing research on what file sizes are like now days, and maybe put up a blog post instead of this feature if it'll end up looking largely similar for everyone. Are quality thresholds largely static and decided by content uploaders or decided by storage available to downloaders?
Anything else?

if it'll end up looking largely similar for everyone
it's unique to each person's use case.
Are quality thresholds largely static
generally different release types will align with different thresholds
decided by content uploaders
bitrate from the source & the encoding used by the uploaders ultimately impact file size. e.g. megusta micro encodes vs. ntb encodes for the same release in the same quality
Is there an existing issue for this?
