MotoActions Chop-Chop forgotten

Hi there, not sure if this is the right place to report the issue, but for whatever reason, my device occasionally forgets the setting for chop-chop controlling the flashlight.

I can't spot anything obvious in logcat, and the problem is infrequent. However, once I disable and enable the toggle, chop-chop works just fine. How can I help you narrow down the source of this problem?

I'm using MintOS which is a derivative of Lineage 17.1 along with latest MicroG.
