Component: [Server, Client, Bridge, etc.]

Description

[Description of the bug]
Every single connection is shutdown in China.

Expected behavior:
[What you expected to happen]
VPN connection established.

Actual behavior:
[What actually happened]
VPN connection shutdown immediately and the IP is blocked for a few minutes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. [First step]
launch vpngate client, update server list.
  2. [Second step]
find a reachable IP and keep ping-ing it.
  3. [And so on...]
connect to the IP using TCP. You can clearly see that ICMP timeout as soon as you connect to it. Of course the connection is failed, and the IP is blocked for quite a few minutes.

Do you think SoftEther VPN connection can be distinguished from HTTPS connection, or Chinese Communist Party just block any connection to the IPs in the server list?

It is hard to tell. Can you investigate wireshark level traffic?

I can see a RST in wireshark, and the IP is completely blocked for a while.

Who sends those RSTs?

I'm not asking question. I'm just reporting the fact that vpngate doesn't work in China at all.
