Feature Request: Park Toolhead & Bed optimization

As of now, when turning on the Artisan after I've turned it off with the Toolhead in the "Park Toolhead & Bed" position, as soos as I go in the controL page, the machine first move to the origin. Most of the time, the user will start heating the extruder(s) to load a filament, and it's done easier in this position.
So, the machine should ask about move to home OR move to home only in case the user select "Move" on the page.
The machine should stay in the Park Toolhead & Bed position when hitting "filament" or "heated bed".
