Scale readout after rotating is off.

I have importet an obj. and rotated it to a better position. After that I want to scale it down.
I observed that X, Y, Z readouts was off. The numbers where still those from the "not rotated" obj. The numbers should have followed the new X, Y, Z positions.
Is that a bug???
