Allow linear- and mixed-polarization data generation

There are use cases that would like to have linear- or mixed-polarization data. Currently, the code only produces data in a purely circular basis. Adding alternative bases will likely require rethinking the data storage format somewhat, as neither ehtim nor uvfits can handle mixed-basis data.
