  • Methods need constructing, will chip away at this as I track down original publications
  • Bibliography needs to be linked, and in some cases will overlap with what exists in the Library already (ex. there are a few studies where we only have mangrove or seagrass cores, but this synthesis adds in the marsh cores that we didn't have)
  • There are 1100+ cores where there is only a single depth interval observation (samples range from 0-1.5cm to 0-100cm). Should we have a cut off for the with of depth interval? I can investigate the original pubs to see if some of these should be more disaggregated.
  • Described treatments/impacts: "Post-fires, input of black carbon", "Grazed", "Ungrazed", "Control", "Historic-Breach", "Natural", "Managed Realignment", "Invaded", "Uninvaded"

I say no on a cutoff for surface samples. Let's go ahead and include them.

@jaxinewolfe Don't worry about recreating the methods table if Tania did not code this. We haven't gone back and done this for the other syntheses. Focus on making sure all of the bibliography data gets represented well and moving this one forward.

The Maxwell cites a different repository for Lisa and Pat's Abu Dhabi dataset:
https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.15146/R3K59Z

Need to compare the contents with the SI repository version:
