If the utility can ignore FLAC files entirely, or add support to check their integrity as well, that would be very useful. As it stands the utility wastes time trying to check FLACs when it could just skip them.

Thanks for your feedback. Are you using the GUI or the command-line interface? Are you scanning recursively? I guess it makes sense to only scan files with "mp3" as extension by default.
