treatment tips: take a first-generation antihistamine such as diphenhydramine (brand name Benadryl) which may cause drowsiness or confusion; try herbal tea such as stinging nettle; if symptoms are severe then use an adrenaline auto-injector (AAI) such as an EPIPEN.
